We’re looking for someone to help support our content team through a variety of tasks related to project organization, blog publishing, and general communication. The Content Administrator will primarily be creating and organizing tasks for the content department in our project management system, publishing blogs and web pages to clients’ websites, and assisting managers and the content team with other related tasks.

Overall, we’re looking for a team player with a positive attitude that can help ensure that all of our Content Team’s duties are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.

If you are a super-organized professional with good communication skills – both verbal and written, and your background includes general office support and strong computer skills, we hope you’ll apply for this position.

You’re perfect for this position if:

  • You have prior general office, data entry, project management experience.
  • You have experience publishing blogs or working with a variety of CMS platforms
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills.
  • You have a good work ethic with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • You have the ability to balance a variety of responsibilities and projects at once.


  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong technical proficiency with project management and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solver who takes initiative to get things done; an enthusiastic go-getter!
  • Ability to work cooperatively with peers, managers, and other organizations.
  • Capable of roasting your coworkers
  • Ability to spot the perfect meme for our General slack channel

Additional Support Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
  • Assist with various office responsibilities
  • Assist with marketing projects and client events
